Customer Portal
iVenture uses a ticket system to track all support requests
and projects by creating a service request. This ensures
we completely resolve any issues and complete all tasks
in a timely fashion. The customer portal allows you
to open new service requests, check the status of existing
requests, and see all notes entered by our engineers outlining
the work completed and the next step.
