iVenture Completes SSAE 16 Type II Audit

Audit Conducted by KirkpatrickPrice, LLC Confirms Effective Implementation of Controls
JACKSONVILLE, FL, November 1, 2011—iVenture (http://www.iventuresolutions.com) announced today it has renewed and moved to a SSAE 16 Type II auditor’s report, which is based on guidelines issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

A SSAE 16 Type II report includes the service organization’s description of controls as well as the detailed testing of the service organization’s controls over a minimum six-month period. iVenture’s audit was conducted by the auditing firm KirkpatrickPrice, LLC, which performed the review of technical controls and stringent testing by the firm’s security professionals.
